2. Services

We provide:

• DIY crawling server rentals (monthly subscription)
• Managed crawling services (by enquiry)

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Payment is handled by Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our servers for:

• Illegal activities
• Unauthorized access to systems you do not own
• Distributing malware
• Activities that violate the Computer Misuse Act 1990

5. Service Level

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows may be scheduled with notice.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the current billing month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
